Ingredients
- 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 2 3.4 ounce packages vanilla instant pudding mix
 - 1 store bought graham cracker pie crust
 - Cool whip
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix crushed pineapple, sour cream and vanilla pudding mix.
 - Pour into pie crust and spread evenly.
 - Chill.
 - Before serving top pie with cool whip.

Make this light using light sour cream, a low fat graham cracker crust, light cool whip and sugar-free vanilla pudding mix.
