Simple Vegan Banana Bread Recipe No eggs, oil or butter=very low or no fat! :) (Don't use 5 bananas! It's way too gummy :p Bleck! Stick with 3 or 4!)
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. grease a 8x4" loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
- Add the sugar, vanilla, and water and mix well.
